Concert for a cause

We’re excited to announce, Grammy Nomiated Singer/Songwriter, Anderson East will be performing at this year’s Concert for a Cause! Join us down at beautiful Covel Creek, located at 1718 N 2525 Rd, Ottawa, Illinois, for the one-night-only event. Gates open at 5:30pm, concert begins at 7pm.

Tickets:

General Admission: $50
Children Free with the purchase of an adult ticket

Cousin’s Maine Lobster
Polancic’s

Alcohol to be purchased on site.

Looking for a sweet treat?! Our Developmental Training staff will be there hosting a bake sale supporting their program. 🍪🍪🍪

Please, no outside food or drinks.

The vendors are providing a percentage of proceeds to Friendship House..

Purchase of a ticket or table sponsorship is also a waiver of liability to our organization:
I/My organization/party wish to participate in the above-described activity. I/My organization/party understand that I do so at my own risk. In exchange for being permitted to participate in the Activity, I/My organization/ party hereby release Ottawa Friendship House, and all employees, officers, agents, representatives and volunteers of the foregoing (all collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”) from liability for and hereby waive any and all claims for any loss, damage, injuries to person or property, death, claims, demands, lawsuits, expenses and any other liability of any kind, or of to me or any other person, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with my participation in or attendance at the activity. I/My organization/party further agree to hold harmless, indemnify and reimburse the Released Parties from and for any sums, costs, or expenses incurred by any of the Released Parties or paid by them to any person (including me or my insurers) in connection with any accident loss, damage, injury to person or property, or death sustained by me or others in connection with my attendance at or participation in the Activity. This means that I/My organization/party will reimburse the Released Parties if anyone makes a claim against them based on damages or injuries to person or property I/My organization/party may suffer or cause. Further, I/My organization/party agree to abide by all Ottawa Friendship House policies, state, local, and federal laws for the duration of the activity in which I/My organization/party am voluntarily participating. I/My organization/party understand that failure to abide by these expectations may result in my/my organization/party immediate removal from the activity, and appropriate Ottawa Friendship House or legal consequences.
